Situation
A digital health services provider required a complete software landscape built from the ground up.
Responsibility
I am responsible for architecture, technology selection, backend, web applications, customer, admin and coaching apps, deployment and ongoing operations.
Implementation
The solution combines a central .NET and Blazor platform with several mobile applications, a booking portal, authentication, documented APIs, payment processes and a headless CMS.
Outcome
A consistent, extensible platform brings core business processes together in one architecture across the full software lifecycle.
