The cloud-based practice management platform supports medical organisations with treatment, inventory, appointments, billing and regulatory workflows.
Responsibility
My focus was on complex product extensions, external integrations and the evolution of established medical and administrative processes.
Implementation
Work included integrating card payments into checkout and billing, regulatory reporting, revising medical prescription processes and connecting external appointment, communication and assistance systems.
Outcome
External systems and regulatory processes were integrated into established domain workflows without fragmenting the core practice management platform.
